Lawrence F. Flick, IV
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Fox & Roach/Trident

"My primary responsibility is creating the environment and providing the resources that enable our clients, sales associates and employees to achieve their dreams and have the best quality of life."

Lawrence F. Flick, IV (Larry) started his career in real estate as a sales associate for a small company on Philadelphia’s Main Line. Forty years later, he has emerged as the successful leader and majority shareholder of the 5th largest real estate brokerage and financial services firm in the nation. His vision was to grow the company to become not only the dominant real estate brokerage firm in the area, but to create the systems that would allow Prudential Fox & Roach sales associates to provide home buyers and sellers with a truly exceptional experience. He achieved growth through many mergers and acquisitions, most notably Emlen Wheeler Realtors, Fox & Lazo Realtors
and Prudential Preferred Properties. Through the creation of The Trident Group’s mortgage, title insurance and insurance companies, he produced the infrastructure that gives sales associates the tools to offer clients the convenience and ease of one-stop shopping. Today the company has 60 sales locations and 4,800 sales associates and employees.

Since joining Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1999, the company has grown to be its most successful affiliate. Larry was named Prudential Real Estate Affiliates’ Broker of the Year in 2003.

In an effort to give back to the communities it serves, Larry established Fox & Roach Charities. Since its inception, Fox & Roach Charities has donated over $3 million and tens of thousands of man hours to area not-for-profit organizations. The company’s Family Fund also contributes needed funds to company employees and sales associates who find themselves in times of distress.

Personally, Larry has developed over $100 million in residential properties. He received the 1983 "William H. Bates Award" from the Delaware County Planning Commission and the 1987 "Outstanding Land Development Award" from the Montgomery County Planning Commission for historic renovation. In 2000, the national real estate publisher Real Trends named Larry one of the most admired individuals in real estate. He was also named 2003 Greater Philadelphia Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and was honored as the Mustang Scholars Foundation’s Man of the Year in 2004.

Larry is a native of Philadelphia and graduated from Philadelphia University. He has two children and four grandchildren.
